Your celebrating the wonder is helping me keep my head these past several weeks. My two granddaughters have been visiting with their grandma and me and we've had a wonderful time with them. Although they did camp with us a while back, we've been taking them to Tweetsie Railroad, toy stores, water parks, and not had much involvement in the natural arena.

About the only "natural fix" I'm getting these days is a morning wake up call by some of my feathered friends, and a wonderful, melodic call it is. So I'm enjoying your "coasting" for now.

The girls will be returning home to Kentucky at the end of this week, and although there will be tears as we say good-by, I'm looking forward to making a bee-line to one of my natural areas real soon.

So a hearty thanks to you for this blog these days.
